Help to set up PvP headless server

Hello, i'm new on factorio and i want to setup an headless PvP server with two teams of two players. Simple to do using the scenario but why i can't just copy my scenario from the client (non-headless) to the server (headless).
Is it possible to set up a simple PvP scenario on the headless server ? And how i can do it ?
