The server stays at version 0.18, but other players on the server need LTN mod. Many mods are still 0.18 and have not been upgraded to 1.0. So I would like to wait a moment. Can the author submit a version 0.18 on GitHub without your maintenance

Mods for 0.18 are compatible with version 1.0. You can upgrade the server to 1.0 and still use mods that haven't been upgraded explicitely for 1.0.
