Enabling recipes disabled by script

All the vanilla oil refinery and chemical plant recipes have been "disabled by script". I only have Coal Processing and Industry installed. Which .lua file in the mod's zip file located under AppData is disabling recipes?

Well if its just coal processing and industry the answer is none. They dont remove those recipes. Send your save and let me have a look at it.
