1. What did you do?

Started the game on factorio vanilia with the mods LTN, Electric Train, Multiple Electric Trains, Realistic Electric Trains.
Accidentally open the save game with Krastorio and saved it after some playing.
Reopened the with factorio vanilia.

2. What happened?

The recipe for Chemical Plant is missing in the Crafting panel and for Assemblers. The Research "Oil processing" is unlocked.
The might be more recipes missing.

3. What did you expect to happen instead?

The recipe for Chemical Plant should not be missing in the Crafting panel and for Assemblers.

We don't want to fix this, and it isn't our responsibility to clean up after mods

You can run a command reset the technology effects:

/c game.player.force.reset_technology_effects()

Do you have an autosave before loading with Krastorio?
This would be the cleanest solution.
