Mod conflict resolution improvement

When two or more mods conflict with each other, causing the game to prompt you to disable them, it would be very helpful and avoid at least one additional restart of the game, if, rather than simply giving the option to disable all the conflicting mods or all mods, we were presented with the entire mod list.
Quite often, this situation comes up when adding just one mod, but it blows up 3 or 4 other ones, and we know we can fix it just by disabling the new mod. With the way it works now, that requires the first restart and then one more restart, once the disabled mods have been re-enabled.
Yes, this can be avoided by manually modifying the mod-list.json file to disable that one mod, before just clicking restart, but that's not obvious to the lay user.
