Do i need to mute the music in-game when posting youtube videos?

I've received a copyright claim by someone other then Daniel James Taylor.
Copyright owners
Dance all Day
On behalf of: Music Injector
Why is someone else claiming James' music? Is the music within fair use while using it within the context of Factorio or should I be disabling the music when I record videos or stream?
Frustrating

You should be perfectly fine making YouTube videos about the game including the music. Have a look at the website.

I guess it's a false positive from Content ID.

The automated systems are really getting bad about stuff like this these days. Hopefully they fix all the bugs before they release Skynet, but knowing our current society they won't.

At the rate things are going, Disney should just preemptively copyright claim everything.

Well..... after 10 years it'll be out of the Disney Vault for a limited time.

[Koub] Please, this is getting totally off topic. So ... back to topic, or I'll have to lock the thread.

Its a hard thing to discuss in any real capacity, since:
A. its copyright law stuff, which needs lawyers to even comprehend at this point
B. Youtube's handling of its whole system is 3 different types of dumpster fires
C. Those dumpster fires trip over each other, each claiming to be the right one (see copyright deadlock)
D. Trying give a (useful) answer is arguably legal advise, which is a whole different set of problems
E. I once went down the rabbit hole after learning about false positives due to remixes..... part of my brain hasn't come back yet.
which leaves satire and bold faced, "can't be misunderstood" criticism the only weapons we, as normal people, have to approach the topic. Which kind of raises another question.... who owns the copyright on the music? Is the music exclusively licensed to WUBE for use in the game, or does WUBE own it wholesale? Thats not entirely clear any of the TOS and Presskit info; only thats its credited to Taylor, and implicitly implied WUBE owns it when referring to it as "assets". That little tidbit ends up determining who is gonna have to go after Music Injector for falsely claiming ownership within the content ID system; especially if has the undesired side effect of blocking videos WUBE would otherwise want to be showing up on youtube. Now being aware of it, WUBE's legal has to make an assessment if they "have" to take action, since copyright laws doesn't leave much wiggle room for willingly ignoring it.... especially in a rights disputes situation like this one presents.
.... its a tricky topic to say the least..... and google/youtube has a long history of not wanting to properly address it.

Just as long as it doesn't get zippadee-do-dah'd.
