Title says it all, the pipes say they have different fluids, but both contain the same fluid, The mods and issue can be seen here: https://imgur.com/a/2KsWdJz Flushing the systems did not help.

Figure out which side claims it has another fluid in the system and go check all of that pipe system. You probably switched a recipe on a chem plant or something and now 2 different fluid systems are contaminating via a common intake.

No save file to verify the issue. Most often it is because mixing check also covers fluid outputs that are not removed when flushing. Moving to Gameplay help.
