Open the two different pipes and see which one has not-water in it.

Thank you for the quick reply. I could not understand the problem / solution.
-What do you mean by two different pipes?
-In the first picture (see picture 1) my waterline is already correct, so no problem. If there was a pipe with different liquid as you said (or as I understand from your word), I would have had problems completing the line at first. But I have already created the first water line without any problem. I already have no problem with my waterline there at first.
-I don't have a problem if I make a direct addition from the line. For short and symmetrical lines, I sometimes need to add pipes. The problem only occurs when I wipe a pipe from the line and take their way out. So if I remove any pipe and create a new pipeline, I cannot connect it

After you disconnected the pipes, click on a pipe on the right side and flush the fluid that is not water.

Stop trying to connect things! Remove anything from your cursor. Click on any pipe that belongs to the pipe system on the right side on your screenshots.

Can't, can't, can't ... I got in the morning, when I said yes I found it, understood, figured it out, I realized that I didn't know anything ... I think this is what you want to tell:
But how does this happen, I studied the whole line, it just depends on the water inlets and outlets. But when I clicked on it, I also saw that there was "gas" content.
This is what makes me so stupid:
1-) How does "gas" get mixed into this "water" line. There is no link.
2-) For example, the situation in question 1 happened, (hypothesis.)
But 25k total, storage max. volume. How is that? Content 41k water, 33k gas. is happening.
I feel really stupid ...

The previous "message" can be removed. I solved the problem. Thank you very much @Loewchen
"Click on any pipe that belongs to the pipe system on the right side on your screenshots." This expression was so obvious, I just understood it

I solved it thanks to your guidance ...
For other users: Don't be fooled by the symbol on the pipes. I thought it was just water content because water was "official". I did not know that when clicking on the pipe, an "information" screen appeared. I noticed it there.
Dear moderators and dear @Loewchen, thank you again. The problem is: Water is required for sulfur; for plasic it's just gas. I changed the "recipe" because my sulfur production was high and my plastic production was low. Somehow there the old water inlet was connected to the gas inlet of the plastic factory. (Because the previous recipe was sulfur.) Anyway ...

As a result, I got it. Thank you, good games everyone ...
