Hello,

I'm playing the game on steam without any mods. The game suddenly crashed. When I try to restart the world or any of its autosaves, I receive this message:

"Corrupt map: unknown item prototype ID 65535"

I did a search and found several similar issues reported in past versions, but there wasn't a fix that I could do myself.

Thanks for the report. The save file is corrupt - as the error is saying.

Do you have the log file from the first crash? There's nothing I can do about the save file but the log file from the first crash may contain something useful about what corrupted the save file.

Have you been having any other crashes?

I appreciate the prompt reply. It's unfortunate that the save can't be restored, but I hope that I can prevent it from happening again.

I've only played for about 60 hours so far but have not experienced any other crashes.

I'm not sure if I have the log file from the first crash. Here is the previous log that is saved in the folder (attached) along with the .dmp file (not sure what that is but attached it just in case!)
