I got a problem, where the train goes somewhere (anywhere), but not to the station, if there is already another train on the station.

First train goes completely wrong way, and train that should go that way - waits for the first train.
After the long trip, first train reaches the station.
Any way to force first train to wait near the station?

I'd guess there's something wrong with that "triangle" junction.

Can you take that turn with a train driven manually?
That'll check if the rails on that triangle are connected properly

At a closer look at the path-that-should-have-been-taken
I don't understand why the signal on that path is Red in your first screenshot.
As far as I know (and can see), it should be green and let the train though.
A better screenshot of the junction before the first train arrives might help

When I drive manually - train goes the way I want.

The signal becomes red after train goes wrong way.

I fixed the problem, I removed that signal, and placed to the exact same position.
I think this is a bug.

Some info: I added the way to the left and signals after other things.

From those details that can be seen in the picture the setup should work.
You did replace the signal on the very same coordinates, right?
Sounds like a bug to me, then.

Do you still have the save with the bug?

Also please provide the game version number(s) that that particular save was used in
