Add rocket to the bottom of each forum page

It's a fun way to get back to the top of the page and there is no TOP link on the forum yet.

There is a TOP link on every post, but easy to miss.

Changing the graphic to a rocket would be nice.

Didn't the devs mentioned somewhere, they're going to update the style of the forums eventually.

Oh, didn't see that one. Thought that would have an action related to the post or poster. Not go to the top of the page.
Still, the rocket is more fun.

I didn't know what that was. I thought it was a decoration or something.
