Randomize the "Tips and Tricks" tip that gets shown on startup

My suggestion is to cycle through, randomize or otherwise vary which tip page is shown on the screen when you load in.
There are a good number of these pages that teach a bunch of useful information, but I think it would be more digestible if the page that gets shown on login was cycled through. I'm sure I'm not alone in that I'm probably only going to scan through a handful of these screens before getting back to work on my base. There's also a limit on the amount of information a person can digest in one sitting.
