"Unfavorites" sorting for servers.

When browsing available servers, there are often many which the player would not like to or cannot (due to ping or not being on the whitelist) join. These servers clog the list and make it harder to find good servers to join. I propose that clicking the gear icon twice puts it at the bottom of the list so that one can sort out servers they don't want to join.
