Fast belt corner non moving texture

Placed a green wire on the corner of a red fast moving belt (configuration as picture)
-What happened?
The belt shows no moving animation (just tested with yellow belts and the same occurs)
-What did you expect to happen instead?
The moving belt animation

I'm a doofus. You need to enable/disable via network control panel
