[1.0.0] Custom GUI Size Problem

as it stands for now in the options---interface i cannot set the gui size to say 90%, it only goes from 100 to 75, manually entering 90 wont stay and reverts back to 100
had to go to config.ini to set the desired gui scale
this is on Factorio 1.0.0 Windows 7 sp1 X64
