Is there a mod that currently exists that allows me to keep playing by launching tons of rocket parts into space to "build a space station" or something?

After I launch the rocket with the satellite I feel that I have completed the objective of the game but I want more!

I was hoping there is a mod where it would extend the gameplay and make me have a 100 hour + game.

https://mods.factorio.com/mod/space-exploration as well, but that is more of a complete-game overhaul.

If you use one of big overhauls you'll have a lot more to do - 100h might not be enough to launch a rocket.
You could try:
1. Bobs mods set
2. Add Angels to above for a lot of complexity (especially with component and tech overhaul)
3. Grab Py set - complexity greater then Angels I think
4. Seablock - thats a different beast that mixes bobs, Angels and a bit different gameplay
