TL;DR

Make it able to restrict chests to specific items like we can in cargo wagons.

What ?

I would like to see the feature that we have in cargo wagons to restrict a slot to a specific item.

Why ?

By adding this, we could easily mix a output chest. This will allow users to create more compact- and better looking builds, without the hassle of circuit network.

Example:
You could mix a output chest with pipes and underground pipes for example, that way you only got one chest to either collect everything from. Or if you only need some few stacks of pipes you still know where they would be located inside the chest. Versus today if you would be to mix a output chest, it would be random where they would be located in the chest.

The devs implemented a filter on logistic storage chests. I don't think they'll go further.

You can use a car instead of a chest.
