[0.18.47] - Low Resolution Hand Icon

Hi Dev Team,
In version 0.18.47 when opening up a blueprint book and moving a blueprint around you are presented with a very low resolution (32x32) hand icon. I'm not sure if this is already fixed in the 1.0 release version but just wanted to let you know in case this was missed since I know you want everything polished for the upcoming 1.0 release.

The image used is found in data/core/graphics/hand.png and it may be used elsewhere in the GUI
