Remove (or dim) numbers on icons in logistic request view when hovering over the field

Why?
The icons in the logistic request view are really hard to read because of the numbers painted over them. My thought was to remove that numbers, when hovering over them. Or do something similar by enlarging the icon. Or just dimming/transparent the numbers.Many possibilities, just make icons better readable.
