[0.18.35] Locomotive Graphics missing wheels when in hand

Hi,
I am not sure if it is a bug or a known issue, but I couldn't find anything on it here on the forum.
When building a locomotive by hand, while hovering over land, the locomotive renders without wheels.
When hovering over rails, the locomotive renders fully.
I would expect the locomotive to always get displayed completely, the locomotive without wheels looks wrong.
The factorio Version is 0.18.35 (most recent), unmodded on a laptop. I have added the current logfile.
