Few minutes ago I updated Factorio from 0.11.9 to 0.11.15 and this happened.

It looks that a wrong sprite was used.

Do they still behave like trees? (i.e. can be mined to get wood?)

For this, I would really need to have the logfile and also the system specification (mainly the graphics card + video ram).

After the restart of computer all trees came back to normal. I think that was something wrong with my computer.

It can be marked as "not a bug" I think.
