[0.18.33] High GUI update time with production window open

Problem:
When opening Production (P) menu the FPS (and UPS if in single player) drops drastically in any tab except fluids.
Expected Result:
Opening the production menu does not drastically reduce FPS.
Resolution:
Downgrade to 0.18.32 (Unfortunately not possible after upgrading to 0.18.33+)
Additional Information:
This was an immediate change from .32 to .33. In .32 FPS was perfect around 60 when opening the production menu. In .33 the FPS would drop down to around 6 or 7 while in "Items", "Buildings", "Pollution", or "Kills". It does not affect the "Fluids" window. With .34 the FPS is back up to around 16 or 17.
The only save file I have available for .32 is an auto save from around 25 hours into my 50 hour map. I will be providing both saves, but I did get the issue after upgrading the .32 save file to .34, so it doesn't seem to be an issue in production line increases in that 25 hours of game play.
There will be a couple of mods missing between saves due to optimizing mods, but they shouldn't cause any issues as far as I know.
