[0.18.33] Crashes while loading (CreateTexture2D failed E_OUTOFMEMORY)

I get this error: "failed to create a texture", while loading the game.

Your computer has plenty of RAM and VRAM, and you didn't disable texture compression, so I have no idea why would DirectX be running out of memory.
Try to restart the computer.
