Section of screen tearing [0.18]

i have a 144hzs monitor with gsync on but theres a section of the screen that is lagging behind the rest and its driving me crazy
I have a 144Hz monitor too and Factorio doesn't like it either.
I found out that dropping to 120Hz makes it work much better. And using v-sync since it can tear a bit (I don't have g-sync).
