LTN keeps sending trains to pickup at requester stations, it sits there for the 2 minutes timeout with nothing being loaded as the inserters are facing the wrong way. Then it goes to the destination where there's no material to unload.

I suspect this is happening because that station has the most of that item available because it's just been refilled while the providers for that have just been emptied but is there any way to stop it doing that?

It's happening with copper plate right now because I'm not producing enough so I guess I need more copper supply so the actual provider stations for copper have more than the requesters?

It usually happens when requester stations get over filled.
Counter:
A) Set a high enough provider threshold on the requester station. I use 99.999
B) make sure by using circuit magic that trains only load as much as LTN ordered
