We are using v0.11.14, win 64. So far we only get "Couldn't establish network communication with server." The syntax we're trying is: XX.191.XXX.91:34197

Any ideas what could be wrong or suggestions on how to get it to work?

Are you behind a router? If so are ports forwarded? Is Factorio allowed access through any firewalls you have? etc..

More details are helpful.
