One day i logged into Factorio and i only had one row on my shortbar when i usually have two, i was wondering if theres a way to fix this so i can have two instead on one row again

Open Settings, Interface, and at the bottom right in the 'Other' section you'll see a setting for Shortcut Bar Rows which can be set from 1 to 4.
