So, I have a weird issue, and I believe it is related to the mods now being on the mod portal, and me never having downloaded them through the modportal:



Every single version of my mod that I've uploaded is in my mod folder, as well as the two working versions that I have not released. They are even turned on:



But when I go to my save that I'm using as a design space, and use sync with save to restore my mod configuration to what I've been developing with, it wants to download them!

I'm not sure what to include here, so if you need anything let me know and I will provide.

Can you please provide a save file and a zip of a mods folder that reproduces this?

...in trying to clean up my mod folder so as to not send a 3 GB mod folder, I broke this and cannot get it to repro. :C
