Account not automatically disassociated from steam after refund

After I purchased the game and linked it with my steam account, I tried to refund the money directly on steam. When the refund was successful, the factorio account was not automatically disassociated from the steam account. You still have the right to download and play games. This bug is SERIOUS! Hope to fix it soon.
