Tracks and trains

Different track look on paved ground and train assembly plant.
What ?
When train rails are placed on soil, they have gravel/stones underneath for extra stability, but what if they had different look when they are placed on concrete, paved tiles - a cleaner, modern look? Maybe something like this:
Also, what if instead of crafting trains and tanks in your inventory, the only way to build large vehicles would be specialized assembly station/factory? Trains/tanks would be crafted there and then rolled off. Train tracks could connect directly to it.
