Hello,
I have just found a bug with cliff explosives. When there is a belt placed directly next to "upper side" of belt, the whole cliff is removed.

Thanks for the report. This happens because the game can't find placement for cliff "end pieces" that don't collide with anything. Let's just not worry about that.
