[0.18.28] Graphic issues (Iris Plus 655)

Hello,
I am facing a very specific graphical error.
I've noticed this happening when water starts appearing on the screen, and I am in specific zoom levels (for example when zoomed out, it doesn't happen). I'm quite sure that, if I never see water on screen, the issue doesn't appear.
The issue is some rapidly changing black zones on the floor when moving. If I don't move, the black tile stays still, until I move again.
This happens every time I play. I face this issue also on new game, without mods.

Hello, does it happen if you set Texture Compression to Low Quality in graphics options (and restart the game)?
Also did you turn on water animation? I have not put that option to the log :/

Hi, by changing this setting, the black zones disappear quicker than before and it's "less awful" in general. But I still can trigger it.

In the video I can see water animation is enabled.

Does that mean that setting Texture Compression to Low Quality made this "less awful"? What if you disable water animation?
I also can see the game is running on OpenGL, does that mean you were having DirectX crashes and the game offered you to switch to OpenGL?

Yes, the game crashed some days ago and it offered me to change. I don't know how to rollback to DirectX.
Yes, changing to Low Quality the issue is less noticeable.
Disabling water animation has changed the behaviour of the issue, you can see in this
new video.
Is it advisable to change back to DirectX? How can I do so?

I have commented the "force-opengl" line in config.ini and looks like the issue is gone
