NOT A BUG: [0.18.28] Trigger personal logistic via keybioard shortcut plays wrong sound

When (de)activating personal logistic with a keyboard shortcut (default seems to be Alt+L for me), you get a different sound depending on activation or deactivation. The used sound gets wrong when you enable or disable personal logistics once in the GUI via the "on/off" radio button.
I would expect the sound even if I use the radio button "on/off", and of course I would expect that the friendly four beeps indicate an activation of personal logistics every time I use the shortcut

ALT + R is personal roboport toggle, Alt + L is personal logistics toggle
Oh right...
ALT + L also doesn't make any sound for me:

Ehm, well, yes, I used mods. But even after disabling them all (including game restart), the sound does still exist. BUT not the first few times when using Alt+L, but finally after some switchings from within the "personal logistic" GUI (and then every time I press Alt+L, with or without GUI).
Maybe the mods "polluted" the save game? It's "Afraid of the dark", "Auto Deconstruct", "Bottleneck", "Squeak Through" and "Todo List" - wouldn't expect one of them make a sound enhancement for logistics.

Argh, I hate it when computers are new and bring "nice hotkeys" for grafic functions with them. "Alt+L" was an AMD hotkey for "Anti Lag" (whatever that means) and triggers that sound, so it has nothing to do with Factorio.
Sorry for my not-a-bug report guys. I really thought that you built a nice sound feature in the game for this, as there is no globally visible visual indication if personal logistics are on or off. Now I know better. Thanks Klonan for your feedback which made me dig deeper
