Mouse Drift

I hadn't played for a few months and just started playing again this month, about v 0.17.5. About a week ago I started up and mouse was drifting up and right, played with it a bit and shut PC off for the night and was fine till today. Mouse will drift up and right any time the game is focused now, restarting game and PC does nothing. Even with no mouse plugged in it will still drift. It doesn't start drifting untill the game loading progress bar moves the first time. Validated files on steam, was no issue.
