Move rocket silo to production tab

Please change the subgroup for the rocket silo item from "defensive-structure" to "production-machine".
The rocket silo produces rocket parts and space science, it does not have any defensive benefits.

Maybe to new category "rocketry", all rocket ingredient parts also to this category.

There is a mod, that already does that. I found it practical. Hm. Sorry, I didn’t find it. Typing on iPad. If I don’t forget I will look tonight again.
