[0.18.27] Order of map overlays needs to be improved

The order of map overlays needs to be improved. With the current ordering, it is necessary to always switch between the different display settings to see what is important.
I am using map markers with pure icons and train stations with rich text names to keep an overview over my base.
However, the different overlays in map view obscure these map markers:
More confusingly, the map overlays seem to be layered in between the map marker icons and the map marker text, as can be seen easily for train stations: their names are on top while the circle markers are below the overlays. The same happens for manually named map markers.
