Hello,
can someone give me the size of the update file 0.17.79 -> 18.0?
Complete download of latest V18 is 1.3GB, so I'm better to do this or use the updater to get from 0.17.79 to latest version?

Just update 0.17.79 -> 0.18.0 is almost 900 MB alone and subsequent ones average around 50 MB, so at 0.18.24 it is definitelly less traffic to just donwload the latest version directly. If download size is concern to you, you might want to wait a little bit longer, though.
