[0.18.22] Game and whole pc freezes during playing

Recently I had some issues after playing a long time, the game freezes and my whole pc freezes too. I can't alt tab, or alt F4, neither CTRL Alt Delete..
I don't know if it's related to the game or if I got some hardware issues.
Can't tell either when it happens exactly (3 times last week), today it was after playing more then 3 hours, previous time after 45 minutes..
Log files and save game attached. (copy of the last save)
Mods used : EvoGui, Ore Eraser, YARM
Please let me know if you need my PC specs or something else.
