Have this question with radars A.t.m. If u have any idea, please post.

  So if know witch mod this is please let me know. Unsure if this are in the main game but just want to hear in the mod forum. Since i have more believe that the issue is because of a mod ratter than the game. Another thing is that this is not crash so i have no specific mod to go with myself. So am i trying to figuring it out. but if any modders that know they altering how the radar works and your mod is in the list. Again let me know

  Here can u download the save & the mods i use u will have to use [0.18.17] for the save and mods if Possible or fix the mod that don't work in any newer versions than listed.

As i know, the Big Brother mod messes with radars and blueprints.

Can't you deconstruct it with the planner?

No not at all

Make sure you don't have one of the "special" items in the deconstruction planner, such as "items on ground". Those don't show any special indicator in the planner icon, but they prevent you from removing anything else while they're active.
