Belt that can be turned off with colored wires. Chests full? Switch off that belt from miners! Should be really good way of controlling sorting machine and preventing overflows and stuck sorting machine.

You can kinda do this with a buffer and smart output inserters hooked up to the green wire. Takes up a lot of space, but a buffer is always good.

Also slow as hell and take a lot of space, buffer that can fill 2 lines fully on express belt is pain in the ass to build.
