Synchronize mods for local saves games also

TL;DR
Like the implies, synchronize mods for local saves games also.What ?
Save game should track which mods are being used in that game and if there is a mismatch with the currently active mods with the ones in the game, an (optional?) prompt should be given to the user, if he/she wants to synchronize mods from the save game.Why ?
I'm currently playing at least two factorio games, one multiplayer with a buddy (almost vanilla with few helper mods) and one local only with bob's mods. The issue that I have is that whenever I switch from synchronized multiplayer game to local game, I have to manually select/click 15+ mods, while when I connect to multiplayer game all I have to do is press "synchronize" button, the game restarts and your playing.PS: I hope the idea is not duplicated, I kinda tried searching, but found nothing.
