i m in the first step campaign, i arrived with car to late and i must rebuild, the train.
I ve all done but impossible to finish it, the game is only count the object that is on you and not in chest, except that is impossible to have all on you...

It's a riddle. Think: you need to leave by car...

The game checks the player's inventory and the inventory of the vehicle they're in for the victory condition of that mission. So, load up the car with with as much as you can, put the rest into your inventory, and then enter the car. If there's enough materials in both the car's inventory and yours, the mission will end.

This is not explained very well in the mission itself, though.
