I use Factorio 0.18 with space exploration and xspace mod. and half way my game it crashed every 10 min.

Graphics driver crashes. You have very old version of the driver, try to update it: https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverR ... 9423/en-us

It is also possible your computer is unstable due to some HW issues - common one is insufficient or faulty PSU (power supply).

You are right.
I update the driver, opened my laptop and find out that the cooling of my graphics card was blocked with dust.
This must be the reason why my graphics card crashed.
