[0.18.18] Electritity output not adding up

Using 23 steam engines, with an out put of max 900kW per unit, we should get a total max output of 20,7MW, however, as per picture included, this is only apparently the case, when the satisfaction is not reached, as now it is 22,1MW somehow. If there is more electricity there to offer than what is used, it gets calculated wrong.
