Rocket Counter Launch has Disapeared.

hi guys, can anyone help. i completed the game and the rocket launch counter in the top left was there. i deleted a couple of mods and the counter has disappeared. I have tried swapping the control.lua in the save, reinstalling the mods i deleted, replacing the silos, but none of them have worked. TIA.

I have tried validating steam files.

hmm don't think it letting me saying Error parsing server response. with a little yellow triangle under status
