[0.18.18] RollingStock does not support fast replacement and upgrade planner

Hello,
I was working on angel trains, and I couldn't get them to fast replace each other (in manual mode). In similar fashion, for these reasons, the upgrade planner doesn't work on them neither. Since you can blueprint trains now, I would expect that this feature is just not implemented, but that there would be no complications when it would be.
Expected behaviour:
1) When a train is in not moving (0 km/h, manual or automatic), you should be able to fast replace the wagons, and locomotives only when they are in the same direction facing.
2) In a similar fashion, the upgrade planner should be able to upgrade trains. When the train is not moving (0 km/h, manual or automatic), the train is put into manual mode, so it can't move anymore, the rolling stock is marked for upgrading, bots come and replace the wagons/locomotives (similar to a bot coming to replace a transport belt with items on it).
Extra part when the train is finished(not really needed, but might be nice for automation), if the train was in automatic mode before, put it back in automatic mode so the upgraded train can continue what it was doing.
Kind regards
lovely_santa
EDIT: I've uploaded the angel crawler, which has the fast_replaceable_group and next_upgrade set. Since it's too big to upload here, you can download it from wetransfer: https://we.tl/t-03Utf3hKdw Just respond if the link expired and i'll reupload it.
