Car rotating is not as smooth as it could.
I think implementing rotating smoothness for vehicles might be helpful in future (for modding)

I don't think making it entirely smooth is really possible without full 3D (which isn't happening); other than that, adding more and more rotations has diminishing returns (significantly rising vram costs for less and less increase in smoothness) - I think there's already an option for disabling every other rotation in the video settings.
Not to say it's impossible, just trying to explain the costs and why it's unlikely to happen.

I think what you see here is the overlapping effect of car rotation speed, rendered car positions, game-update and graphics update.
