Ok, first post here ^^, but I'm not sure if its been noticed yet:

Railgun is a thing that stayed there from an experiment, it doesn't have any recipe, but otherwise it is still in the game and can be addded from console (although it is badly balanced). Plane is a part of the campaign and has no function in the base game. (but planes or hovercrafts are planned for some later stage of development).

Ah, I guess I got my hopes up. Anyways, it was still quite a shock to me as a new player. Thanks for the info!
