After I changed permissions of owner of server
(console -> /admin -> manage permissions)
movement just stop working.
World is not freezed, but nobody cant move, write commands or anything.
World even not works if I play save in singleplayer.



Is here any way how to repair this resolve?
(by delete some stuffs from directory, or anything?)

You disabled your ability to move when you changed the permissions.

Go back into permissions and re-enable it.

Cant, console do not react.

Then you had to click "yes" on a confirmation message asking if you really wanted to revoke your ability to edit permissions and you clicked yes. You locked yourself out and said "yes I'm sure I want to do that".
