When you have a belt, that goes around in a circle and drop items on it, it will get stuck eventually.
In the clip, I'm just holding down 'z' to fill the belt.
I've tried this several times, and every time, both sides of the belt get stuck, which they obviously shouldn't.

There's nowhere for the items on the "front" of the belt to go so they can't move. Then the items in the back can't move and the whole thing stops.

The belt would just waste CPU time if it spun in circles when 100% full like that.
